Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We’re looking for a Clinical Trials Nurse – Adult Bone Marrow Transplant to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering comprehensive patient care, applying your expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatments for Adult Bone Marrow Transplant patients participating in clinical trials across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Role Overview:
Provide, as an integral member of the clinical research team, direct nursing care to research study Adult Bone Marrow Transplant participants.
Implement and adhere to research protocol standards in compliance with regulatory, institutional, and external agency requirements.
Work within a Nurse-Physician–based Ambulatory Care Practice Model.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, provide patient education, and offer patient/family support specific to oncological conditions and treatments.
Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care throughout all phases of treatment, protocol participation, and follow-up.
Participate in an individualized training/orientation program designed to teach or reinforce the principles of Clinical Trials Nursing as practiced at MSKCC.
Key Qualifications:
New York State RN license
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
Three years of clinical nursing experience, preferably within Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant treatments.
Experience with Oncology patient population and Clinical Research, strongly preferred
Proficiency with clinical and office software (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
BCLS certification

Additional Information:
Location: 530 East 74th Street - Koch Campus
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 x10 hours from: 8am to 6pm day shift
No Holiday/ No weekends

Pay Range: $110,700.00 - $177,100.00
